The cooling effectiveness is incredible. I’ll say it right now and I’ll say it again if you ask me 10 minutes from now. I felt like this vest did a phenomenal job keeping my dog cool. And it worked for a very long time as well. But the great thing is you can always soak the vest again and reapply it for even longer lengths of coolness, which is very awesome indeed.
The overall design is nearly perfect. I don’t like to throw around the word flawless in these reviews, so I’m not going to go that far. But the design is great and I love the lightweight porous material, the thick Velcro straps that make it easy to keep my dog nestled in the harness, and the overall design structure is certainly very effective.
